Alpha SERVE Team 2026
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Alpha 2026 SERVE Team! This coming year, Alpha will begin to run throughout the year, giving us more opportunities than ever to invite people into life-changing conversations about Jesus.
When you join the Alpha SERVE Team, you’ll be part of a family that provides the space and opportunities for people to be curious about Jesus and enter into a relationship with Him. No matter which season you serve in, you’ll share in the whole Alpha experience across the year.
How It Works
- Three Seasons: Alpha will have a Winter Season (January–April), Spring Season (April–June), and Fall Season (September–November). Each season will offer a different rhythm of language groups, activities, and schedules.
- Flexible Commitment: You can sign up for one season or multiple, depending on your availability.
- One Team, One Mission: All SERVE Team members are part of one big Alpha Team, journeying together through training sessions, prayer rallies, and team gatherings.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an 11-week course that creates space for people to explore life, faith, and meaning through honest conversation. Guests share a meal, watch a short talk, and discuss big questions in a safe and caring environment.
How Can I Get Involved?
There are opportunities to use your spiritual gifts in areas like:
- Hospitality (meals, welcoming)
- Set-Up & Clean-Up
- Administration
- Host & Helpers (small group facilitation)
- Prayer & Worship
SERVE Team members help make Alpha possible each week: caring for guests, building relationships, and creating a space where the gospel can be heard. We'll need about 100 SERVE Team members for each Alpha season!
When Does Alpha Run?
The 2026 seasons are:
- Winter Season: January – April (likely Wednesday evenings)
- Spring Season: April – June (likely Saturday mornings)
- all Season: September – November (likely Friday evenings)
